The Court granted Final Approval on the Settlement on October 20, 2025.

A class action settlement involving certain Wisconsin structural damage insurance claims may provide payments to those who qualify. The case is known as Bradley Martin et al. v. American Family Mut. Ins. Co., S.I., No. 2025-LA-0000021, which was filed in the Circuit Court of Peoria County, Illinois.

A Proposed Settlement has been reached in the class action about whether Defendant American Family Mutual Insurance Company, S.I. ("Defendant") properly deducted Nonmaterial Depreciation when adjusting certain Structural Loss claims in Wisconsin.

You may qualify for payment if you timely submit a valid Claim Form. Your legal rights are affected whether you do or do not act. You must submit a valid Claim Form to receive payment as part of this Settlement. Please read this website and the Class Notice carefully.
